Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of the Inbox Intelligence solution (“Service”), provided by Sergii Dovgalenko (“Provider”, “we”, “us”). By accessing, testing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Service.
1. Description of the Service
Inbox Intelligence is a digital workflow automation and analytics solution delivered as a configurable Microsoft Power Platform add-on. The Service is provided for professional and business use only.
The Service may be updated or improved over time. We may modify features without prior notice, provided such changes do not materially reduce the agreed functionality.
2. Evaluation and Payment Model
The Service is provided under a “test-before-you-pay” model:
-
Customers are given the opportunity to install, configure, and test the Service before payment.
-
Payment is made only after the Customer confirms that the Service performs as described and agrees to proceed.
-
Pricing, currency, and payment terms are communicated before the Customer proceeds with payment.
Where recurring or subscription billing applies, this will be clearly stated before purchase.
3. Refund & Cancellation
Because payment is made only after successful testing and acceptance, refunds are generally not applicable.
4. Customer Responsibilities
The Customer is responsible for:
-
providing accurate information during onboarding and payment
-
ensuring compatibility of their Microsoft environment and licenses
-
configuring the Service in accordance with the guidance provided
-
maintaining appropriate data security, access rights, and governance
The Service may process data stored in the Customer’s systems. The Customer remains the data controller for all such data.
5. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Service, documentation, workflows, and related materials remain the exclusive property of the Provider.
The Customer receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for internal business purposes, subject to payment and these Terms.
The Customer may not:
-
resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service
-
reverse-engineer or copy proprietary components
-
use the Service to create a competing product
6. Data Privacy
We do not sell or disclose customer data to third parties except where required for technical operation or as required by law.
Data handling is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
7. Service Availability & Support
The Service is provided on a commercially reasonable efforts basis.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and are not liable for:
-
unavailability of Microsoft licenses or credits (Outlook, SharePoint, Power Apps, AI Builder, etc.)
-
outages or failures of Microsoft Platform services
-
configuration errors in the Customer’s environment
-
third-party system dependencies
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as-is” and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for purpose, or non-infringement.
The Customer is responsible for evaluating suitability before payment and acceptance.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Provider shall not be liable for:
-
indirect, incidental, or consequential losses
-
loss of business, revenue, or data
Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Customer for the Service.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service where:
-
the Customer breaches these Terms

unlawful or abusive use is detected
