Website content is provided for general professional, educational and informational purposes.

3. Informational content

Content published on Good Spending does not constitute legal, tax, financial, investment or other regulated professional advice.

Procurement commentary, templates, calculators, assessments, AI-generated outputs and other website resources should not be treated as a substitute for professional judgement or advice based on the user’s specific circumstances.

Users remain responsible for:

  • verifying information before relying on it;

  • assessing whether content is appropriate for their organization or circumstances;

  • obtaining specialist advice where necessary;

  • complying with applicable internal policies, contracts, laws and regulations.

4. Access to website content

Public website content is typically accessible without payment.

Certain tools, resources, courses or restricted areas may be subject to separate access conditions, passwords, registration requirements or commercial terms.

Good Spending may modify, suspend, restrict or discontinue any part of the website without prior notice.

No guarantee is made that any specific article, tool, resource or functionality will remain permanently available.

5. Voluntary support payments

Visitors may make voluntary payments to support the continued development and maintenance of Good Spending, including its articles, educational resources and publicly accessible digital tool prototypes.

A voluntary support payment:

  • is made entirely at the supporter’s discretion;

  • is not payment for a specified product or service;

  • does not create an obligation to provide consulting, training, digital products or other deliverables;

  • does not provide ownership, membership, voting or participation rights;

  • is not presented as a charitable donation or tax-deductible charitable contribution.

No physical or digital product is delivered in exchange for a voluntary support payment.

6. Payment amount and currency

The supporter selects or enters the payment amount before confirming the transaction.

Voluntary support payments may be accepted in:

  • Ukrainian hryvnia — UAH;

  • United States dollars — USD;

  • euros — EUR;

  • pounds sterling — GBP.

The selected amount and currency are displayed before payment confirmation.

The supporter is responsible for checking the amount and currency before authorizing payment.

7. Payment processing

Voluntary support payments are processed through WayForPay.

Available payment methods are displayed through the WayForPay payment interface.

Payment-card details are entered directly into the payment provider’s secure environment and are not collected or stored by Good Spending.

A payment is considered completed after it has been successfully authorized and confirmed by the payment provider.

The supporter’s bank, payment provider or card network may apply:

  • currency-conversion charges;

  • card-processing fees;

  • cross-border transaction fees;

  • other charges under their own terms.

Good Spending does not control these charges.

8. No delivery or fulfillment for voluntary support

Because a voluntary support payment is not a purchase of goods or services:

  • no physical product is shipped;

  • no digital product is delivered;

  • no service commencement date applies;

  • no delivery cost is charged;

  • no fulfillment or completion period applies.

A payment confirmation may be issued by WayForPay, the supporter’s bank or another payment institution involved in the transaction.

9. Commercial services are separate

Voluntary support payments are separate from any commercial services offered by Good Spending or Private Entrepreneur Sergii Oleksandrovich Dovgalenko.

Consulting, training, automation development, implementation support, digital products and other commercial deliverables are not included in a voluntary support payment.

Commercial work is:

  • discussed and agreed separately;

  • subject to the applicable scope, price, delivery terms and other commercial conditions;

  • provided against a direct invoice issued by Private Entrepreneur Sergii Oleksandrovich Dovgalenko;

  • governed by the terms stated in the relevant proposal, invoice, agreement or other written confirmation.

Commercial enquiries may be submitted through the Let’s Work Together page or the official communication channels published on this website.

A voluntary support payment does not create an entitlement to:

  • consulting;

  • training;

  • automation or implementation services;

  • technical support;

  • priority assistance;

  • digital products;

  • any other commercial deliverable.

10. Commercial proposals and invoices

Information published on the website about commercial services is general and does not constitute a binding offer unless expressly stated otherwise.

A commercial engagement becomes binding only when the applicable scope, price and terms have been confirmed through one or more of the following:

  • a written proposal;

  • a direct invoice;

  • a contract or statement of work;

  • an email confirmation;

  • another written agreement accepted by both parties.

Where commercial terms conflict with these general Terms of Service, the specific written commercial terms will take precedence for that engagement.

11. Refunds and cancellations

Refunds relating to voluntary support payments are governed by the separate Refund and Cancellation Policy published on this website.

A correctly authorized voluntary support payment is normally final.

A refund may be considered where:

  • the same payment was processed more than once;

  • an incorrect amount or currency was selected;

  • the transaction resulted from a technical error;

  • the payment was not authorized by the payment-method holder;

  • another material payment-processing error occurred.

Refunds relating to separately invoiced commercial services are governed by the applicable invoice, proposal, contract or other agreed commercial terms.

  • terms imposed by external services;

  • losses caused by reliance on third-party websites.

15. Artificial intelligence and automated outputs

Some website tools or services may use artificial intelligence, automation or rules-based processing.

Such outputs may contain errors, omissions or inappropriate recommendations.

  • procurement decisions;

  • sourcing strategies;

  • use of or inability to use the website;

  • reliance on informational content;

  • use of digital tools or automated outputs;

  • third-party services or payment systems;

  • loss of data, revenue, opportunity, reputation or anticipated savings;
