The Committee Administrator is delivered using a “test-before-you-pay” model. Customers receive full access to the solution and may evaluate the product before making a payment.

Payment is made only VOLUNTARILY after the customer confirms that the solution works as described and agrees to proceed.

We believe the fair price for this solution is 200 USD. A customer can offer any other price they consider fair.  

Because payment is made after successful testing and acceptance, refunds are generally not applicable.

  • creation of the Committee session agenda

  • recording of attendance and the Conflict of Interest by individual members

  • voting

Processing runs entirely inside your tenant — nothing leaves Microsoft 365.

During 15-20 minutes, this solution will migrate to your Power App tenant, create all necessary SharePoint lists and libraries and continue maintaining:

  • trackers,

  • rosters,

  • audit trail folders with critical artefacts.

 

Future releases can accommodate:

  • anonymous voting,

  • action points tracking

  • AI-enabled submission review.

2️⃣ We provide the installation package (managed solution ZIP archive) and onboarding guidance
3️⃣ You export the solution to your Power App environment
4️⃣ If it delivers value and you decide to continue using it within the 30 days, you complete an annual license payment ($200 or whatever's been agreed).

The annual license covers continued right to use, maintenance updates, and product improvements.
