What does it do?
This solution creates structured Minutes of Meetings and Action Points from the online Teams meeting transcripts (DOC or VTT files).
How is it different from the native Teams minutes and actions?
Teams natively provide minutes and actions; however, the level of detail doesn't differentiate between executive and recurring regular meetings (e.g., SteerCo vs. working groups).
From this solution, you get well-organised and not excessive minutes with action points adjusted to the meeting type.
You can easily develop a second workflow to complement this solution, which will record action items in a tracker and send automated reminders for overdue actions.
Most importantly, the only manual action you'll need to do after the meeting is to upload the transcript file into a dedicated SharePoint folder.
