Refund and Cancellation Policy

Effective date: 29 July 2026

This Policy applies only to voluntary support payments made to Good Spending through WayForPay.

Voluntary support payments are made at the supporter’s discretion and are not payments for goods or services. No product, service or other deliverable is provided in return.

Completed payments are generally non-refundable. A refund may be considered where:

the payment was duplicated;
the wrong amount was entered;
the wrong currency was selected;
a technical error occurred;
the payment was unauthorized.

Refund requests should be sent to sergii@goodspending.com and include the payer’s name, payment date, amount, currency, and transaction reference, where available.

Approved refunds will be returned through the original payment method, subject to WayForPay and bank processing times.

A voluntary support payment cannot normally be canceled after it has been successfully processed.
