• Defines procurement planning indicators (required start of the procurement cycle for each item), using requestor-defined need-by dates and mean cycle times for each type of sourcing event (buying channels).

• Calculates Days Remaining to Procurement Start.

• Determines Mandatory Procurement Status (Planning, Action Required, Action Overdue) depending on Days Remaining to Procurement Start.

• Generates Excel versions of each edition of the APP.

• Updates the APP in the SharePoint master either directly or via an online form. Recalculate all critical indicators and statuses, as required.

• Generates AI-driven APP review reports.

• Generates HTML operational planning reports for each edition of the APP.

• Saves key artefacts for audit trail purposes.

We believe the fair price for this solution is 500 USD. A customer can offer any other price they consider fair.  

Because payment is made after successful testing and acceptance, refunds are generally not applicable.
