Over 25 years, my work has focused on one recurring challenge: bringing structure, transparency, and automation to complex organizational processes.

Although the topics on this site range from procurement and economics to AI and workflow automation, they all address the same objective: helping organizations make better operational decisions with less effort and greater transparency.
